Summer Camp Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is available only for medical reasons and requires a doctor’s note.
Once camp begins, no refunds or rescheduling are available.
A $50 cancellation fee applies per week, including cancellations for medical reasons.
Camp fees are non-transferable to other Playtropolis services, including birthday parties and play sessions.

Camp Behavior & Safety Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all campers:

Bullying, pushing, rough play, or disrespectful behavior toward other kids or staff will not be tolerated
Campers are expected to follow staff instructions and safety rules at all times
Any repeated or serious behavior concerns may result in removal from the camp without refund

Additional Camp Information

Parents must ensure on-time drop-off and pickup.

Late pickup may be subject to an additional fee

Playtropolis reserves the right to refuse participation if safety guidelines are not followed

Staff are not responsible for lost or misplaced items

Program schedule may vary slightly based on group size and activities

Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes (parents can opt out in writing)
