Extended care available for extra additional charges (must be requested in advance for staffing)

Daily Structure

1 Lunch Break – 1 hour
2 Snack Breaks – 20 minutes each
Balanced mix of active play + structured activities

Parents must send nut-free lunch, snacks, and water

Parent Guidelines

Nut-free lunch, snacks & water required

Extra clothes & socks

All belongings (bags, bottles, lunch boxes) must be clearly labeled with the child’s name

Important Requirements

Children must be fully washroom independent

Waiver must be signed prior to participation

Emergency contact details required

Pickup/drop-off person must be specified

Allergies or medical conditions must be disclosed in advance

Policies

Rescheduling only for medical reasons (doctor’s note required)
Once camp begins → no refunds/rescheduling
$50 cancellation fee per week  (even for medical reasons)
Fees are non-transferable to other services (birthday parties, play sessions, etc.)

Behavior & Safety Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all campers:

Bullying, pushing, rough play, or disrespectful behavior toward other kids or staff will not be tolerated
Campers are expected to follow staff instructions and safety rules at all times
Any repeated or serious behavior concerns may result in removal from the camp without refund

Additional Operational Points

Parents must ensure on-time drop-off and pickup

Late pickup may be subject to additional charges

Playtropolis reserves the right to refuse participation if safety guidelines are not followed

Staff are not responsible for lost or misplaced items

Program schedule may vary slightly based on group size and activities

Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes (parents can opt out in writing)
