How much does a Playtropolis field trip cost?
The field-trip rate is $15.99 per paid child plus HST, subject to the group size, availability and complete terms confirmed at booking.
How long is the field trip?
The package includes 2.5 hours at Playtropolis, including playtime and access to an assigned party room for pizza, lunch, snacks or group breaks.
Are teachers and supervisors charged?
Teachers and required school or daycare supervisors are included at no additional charge, subject to facility capacity and the supervision arrangements confirmed at booking.
What food and refreshments are included?
Each paid child receives one cheese-pizza slice, one juice box and one snack. One pot of coffee is also provided for teachers and staff. Dietary concerns or requested substitutions must be discussed before booking and cannot be guaranteed.
How is children’s safety supported during the field trip?
Playtropolis is thoughtfully structured with clear sightlines so teachers and supervisors can monitor children across the play areas more easily. Playtropolis staff also monitor the play areas and help reinforce facility rules. Children remain under the supervision of their attending teachers or designated group supervisors, and all attraction-specific age, height and safety requirements continue to apply.
What deposit is required to reserve the field trip?
A $200 deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit can be sent by e-transfer to info@playtropolis.ca.
What does the complimentary return pass include?
Each participating child receives one pass for a future visit of up to two hours, valid Monday through Thursday for 60 days after the field trip. Exclusions and complete conditions shown on this page apply.
Can we bring packed lunches or snacks?
Groups may use their assigned party room for permitted packed lunches and snacks. Food must comply with Playtropolis food and allergy policies and must remain outside the play areas.
