PLAY PASSES & ADMISSION** **1.1 Validity:** Play passes and general admission are valid only for the selected date and time slot. **1.2 Non-Refundable:** All admission purchases are final sale and non-refundable. **1.3 Socks Requirement:** - Playtropolis is a socks-only facility. - Grip socks are required for all children. - Adults must wear regular or grip socks. - Sock purchases are final sale. **1.4 Supervision Requirement:** - Playtropolis is a parent-supervised facility. NINJA COURSE POLICIES** **Eligibility** - Participants must be 4 feet (122 cm) or taller. - Only children may use the Ninja Course — no adults permitted. **Safety Guidelines** - Be aware of others and wait your turn before attempting obstacles. - Participate at your own risk and follow all posted instructions. **Dress & Personal Items** - Remove shoes and wear socks. - Secure loose clothing, scarves, jewelry, and long hair. ### **12.
