Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before entering, purchasing services, or booking an event at Playtropolis Indoor Playground.
These policies are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and organized experience for all guests.
All purchases, play passes, and party reservations are location-specific and may not be transferred to other locations or third parties.
1. PLAY PASSES & ADMISSION
1.1 Validity:
Play passes and general admission are valid only for the selected date and time slot.
1.2 Non-Refundable:
All admission purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
1.3 Socks Requirement:
- Playtropolis is a socks-only facility.
- Grip socks are required for all children.
- Adults must wear regular or grip socks.
- Sock purchases are final sale.
1.4 Supervision Requirement:
- Playtropolis is a parent-supervised facility. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
- Playtropolis is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or lack of supervision.
3. PARTY BOOKINGS
All party reservations are by advanced booking only and are subject to availability.
3.1 Deposits:
- A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
- Deposit amounts depend on the package selected.
3.2 Booking Changes:
- Upgrades: Allowed up to 10 days before your party if a larger room is available.
- Downgrades: Allowed only if the room does not change.
- Time changes: Subject to room availability.
3.3 Guest Counts:
- Each party package includes a set number of children and adults.
- Additional guests will incur extra charges.
3.4 Party Time:
- Your time slot includes play + room use as advised
- Guests must vacate the play area and party room promptly at the end of the booking.
4. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Playtropolis is a nut-aware facility. We do not use nut products but cannot guarantee all items are produced in nut-free facilities.
4.1 Outside Food Allowed:
Only light finger foods may be brought in.
Prohibited items includes but not restricted to:
- Gum & popcorn (choking hazards)
- Cheezies/Cheetos-like snacks
- Rice or gravy-based dishes
- Foods containing nuts
- Hard drinks or alcohol
- Soft drinks in glass bottles
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING
4.2 Café Orders:
Extra pizzas and any add-ons must be confirmed 7 days before your event.
4.3 Cake Policy:
- Guests may bring their own cake or order through our approved vendors.
- All cakes must be cut by a Playtropolis host.
4.4 Cleaning Fee:
- A cleaning fee may apply for outside finger foods.
- No cleaning fee applies if food is purchased from Playtropolis.
5. DECORATIONS
Guests may bring decorations under the following rules:
- 15 minutes of setup time for regular parties
- 30 minutes for private bookings
- No tape, sticky tack, thumb tacks, or wall adhesives
- No confetti, sparklers, or piñatas
- Balloon garlands and backdrops must be pre-approved
- Damage to walls or décor may result in repair or replacement fees.
6. GENERAL FACILITY RULES
6.1 Strollers:
- Strollers are unfortunately not allowed
- Playtropolis is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6.2 Bags:
- Large bags and backpacks are not permitted in the playground.
- We may conduct bag checks for safety reasons.
6.3 Surveillance:
Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance for safety.
6.4 Behaviour & Conduct:
Playtropolis maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Verbal abuse
- Physical aggression
- Harassment
- Unsafe play
Any guest violating safety or conduct rules may be asked to leave without refund.
7. LIABILITY
By entering Playtropolis, all guests acknowledge and accept:
- The inherent risks associated with indoor play
- Responsibility to supervise accompanying children
- The requirement to complete a Waiver Form for each visitor
- Playtropolis is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe behaviour, misuse of equipment, or lack of supervision.
8. ACCIDENTS & SANITIZATION
- Children must wear properly fitted diapers when needed.
- Accidents resulting in contamination of play structures may require:
- Temporary closure of the impacted area
- Full sanitization
- A cleaning fee charged to the parent/guardian
9. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refer to Refund Policy for details.
10. TRAMPOLINE POLICIES
Age, Socks & Access
Only children ages 4+ may use the trampoline. (no jumping by adults)
Safety Rules
- Adults are not permitted to jump or stand on any trampoline surface or padding.
- Only one jumper per trampoline square.
- Remove all sharp objects, jewelry, and loose items before entering.
- No:
- wrestling
- running
- pushing
- racing
- tackling
- flipping or advanced tricks
Participants must not:
- Sit or lie down on trampoline beds
- Grab netting or padding
- Do not jump if pregnant, injured, or advised by a doctor not to participate.
Landing & Technique
- Do not land on the head or neck.
- Jumps must be controlled at all times.
11. NINJA COURSE POLICIES
Eligibility
- Participants must be 4 feet (122 cm) or taller.
- Only children may use the Ninja Course — no adults permitted.
Safety Guidelines
- Be aware of others and wait your turn before attempting obstacles.
- Participate at your own risk and follow all posted instructions.
Dress & Personal Items
- Remove shoes and wear socks.
- Secure loose clothing, scarves, jewelry, and long hair.
12. SLIDE POLICIES
Safe Use Requirements
Children must:
- Slide one at a time
- Slide feet first, sitting on their bottom
- Keep arms crossed or down by their sides
- Wait until the bottom is clear before going
Clothing Requirements
- Children must wear pants, leggings, tights, or knee-length shorts for safe sliding.
- Bare legs are not recommended due to friction burns.
- Parents may request alternate supervision if clothing is unsuitable.
13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Playtropolis reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry
- Cancel a booking
- Remove any guest
- If policies are violated or if behaviour poses safety concerns.
